David Wolfe..you are so inspiring!!!!!!!

Check out the new babies that just arrived at Noniland.   David just harvested his first cacao…grown from seed.  Wow…all I can say is WOW!!!

I’m starting some this week..using the same method used to grow the Gojis’…we’ll see how it goes…and I’ll keep ya posted.

Tis the season…to be hunting GOJI BERRY!

Been on the lookout on my hikes around these parts, hoping this is the year…to find that elusive, yet ever present GOJI BERRY.  In the video, you can hear David mention 15 varieties found in the southwestern deserts.  I’m seeing them listed in local herb/plant books too!  This video will show you what you’re looking for….

For the Utah wildcrafters, some of the varieties mentioned a lot, are LYCIUM cooperi, LYCIUM andersonii, and LYCIUM pallidum, keep an eye out, and if you spot one, shoot me an email…!!!  Would LOVE to grow the local strains a long with their Asian brothers.

I remember seeing little trampolines decades ago…I guess when they first came out.  They hurt..when you jumped on them.  Most out there still DO!  They didn’t make sense to my mind or body.  Well THIS.. IS not THAT!

First heard of David while watching him at David Wolfe’s Longevity Conference recently.  His demonstration BLEW my mind!!  IT made complete sense. 

Been CELLERCISING now for a few days..and I have to say..it’s ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!  I FEEL FANTASTIC..just like the video shows…I feel different after a few minutes of light bouncing..I’m walking better..I LOVE IT! 

 The above video is only 10 minutes long.  He gave over an hour lecture and demonstration on these things and they are revolutionary..to say the least.  NO DOUBT..this will connect with some of you out there..like it did me.

Holy awesome interview David Wolfe and Paul Stamets!!  Just listened to this…loved it!!  If you’re a fan of fungi and growing with it..consuming it.. or not doing any of that yet…check out this interview!!  “Pairing with Fungi“ as Paul puts it, is advantageous to us in so many ways…and has been going on for tens of thousands..if not millions of years.
