Nothing like sweet water..that slides down your throat...cheers to that...lifting my cold glass now...ahhh JOY!! Glad you made your way to the sacred waters brutha. Sacred "Place" period...! I almost feel like leaving an offering of tobacco or something...when I enter that space. Looking for a few new sources this week and next....would be fun to find a bunch of sources with different offerings from the earth...onward to the search! For now..just grateful to have such beautiful water nearby...

Hey Jake! Things are looking great, as always I am very excited for you. What variety of Mango tree did you get? I learned that i gave you bad info about that, which I am sure you have figured out. I had read that it takes two mago trees to produce quality fruit I didn't realize that nurseries do that work for you. Shows just how little I know about it = I have been looking at getting a mango tree for our place and am very curious about your experience so far in terms of difficulty in keeping the plant healthy. It looks like things are going well I will be up this weekend at a debate tournament with Irene. I'd like to see you whil I am in town.... ?

We just harvested water from here on Saturday (03/07/10), and it is amazing. We use it as the base to all of our green smoothies, as well as our exclusive source for drinking water. It's almost sweet, and you can kind of feel it just slide down your throat. I love it.

Thanks Courtney...I'll let the plants know what you think of em...always means a lot coming from a plant grazing connoisseur such as yourself. Sorry to get you drooling with the parsley and cilantro....and POW...here's some cow poop too..but glad you can appreciate a good pile of manure. The blossoms should be in full bloom over the next week or so..the apples flowers are already opening up...mmmmm

thank you for this - and thank you for the link. It is so hard to go forward making documentaries when people download them for free. We have recently filmed a day long compost making class with Peter Proctor and want to finish it to DVD so others can see this wonderful man in action. If you are able to donate to support this cause please see our website: www.onemanonecow.com
thank you.
